ATSM F963 11 version

The Toy Industry Association, Inc. (TIA) has finalized two interpretations for the ASTM F963-11 Toy Safety Standard.  The first interpretation states that metal materials that fit within the small parts cylinder and that contain less than 75 ppm total cadmium do not need to be tested to the special 24 hour soluble cadmium test method to demonstrate compliance to the 200 µg soluble requirement.
