Canada's Propose (TCEP) Flame retardant Ban on PU foam

Baby toys (specific for 3 years old or below toys) are drawing more concern. Canada proposed to ban the TCEP which is commonly added to the polyurethane foam (PU foam) to make the toys more fire resistant.

The PU Foam is likely to be used on the baby toys such as baby book, sleeping positioner, as its' soft and light property.
