ST-2012 Japan Toys Safety Update

The Japan Toys Safety Standard (ST-2002) is updated to ST2012. The Part 1 Physical & Mechanical Test and Part 2 Flammability Test will be amended to synchronous the requirement of ISO 8124, while no amendment on Part 3 Chemical requirement.

The effective will be 1 April 2014 and until then both ST-2002 and ST 2012 can be accepted.
