HK Pushchair safety requirement

On Nov 2012, the HK Consumer Council (the NGO for consumer in HK) published the test result of the baby pushchair (wheeled child conveyances). The test was done according to BS EN1888: 2003 which is stricter safety requirement than ASTM 833-08. Even though both of these requirements are valid in HK market, the Consumer Council recommended the pushchair complied BS EN1888 as this ensure the double safety lock on the folding to prevent sudden fold if the primary lock failed.
