The toys safety is regulated by Consumer Protection Regulations 2011 and enforced by SPRING Singapore (The Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board ).
By the CGSR, (Consumer Protection -- Consumer Goods Safety Requirements-- Regulations 2011), the toys should be complied with EN71, ISO 8124, ASTM F963
